Transcript:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Presenter: \u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nHey, everyone, today we\u2019re going to have sweet dessert\u2026no, sweet breakfast\u2026 no, it\u2019s not it, well strawberry stuffed French toast, it\u2019s what it\u2019s really called and it\u2019s on the Cooking Everything Outdoors show.<br \/>\nSo for this really delicious, sweet, fruity stuffed French toast, man, this gets as good as it gets.<br \/>\nThat\u2019s all there\u2019s to say.<br \/>\nWe\u2019re going to do this on our Island Grillstone which I\u2019ve been preheating for the last 15 minutes.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s check out these ingredients.<br \/>\nJust a few but super flavorful.<br \/>\nWe don\u2019t need a lot for this but what we need a really good ingredients.<br \/>\nWhat I have here is mixed berry flavored whipped cream cheese.<br \/>\nNow, originally this recipe is called Bavarian cream cheese and I guess we could go through a whole video showing you how to do that, but this stuff is killer good.<br \/>\nAnd some cinnamon here, I have maybe a tablespoon.<br \/>\nWe don\u2019t need a lot but we\u2019re going to certainly use almost all of this.<br \/>\nSome fresh sliced strawberries, relatively thick cut.<br \/>\nAbout a 1\/2 a cup of sugar.<br \/>\nAbout a 1\/2 a cup of\u2026 this is 1\/2 and 1\/2.<br \/>\nYou could use heavy cream or whole milk.<br \/>\n3 eggs.<br \/>\nSome thick sliced bread.<br \/>\nThis is actually I think called Texas toast.<br \/>\nWe use it French bread.<br \/>\nAnd then vanilla extract.<br \/>\nDon\u2019t cut yourself short on this.<br \/>\nDon\u2019t get imitation.<br \/>\nGet the real stuff because it makes a big difference.<br \/>\nThis is by Lagrima.<br \/>\nYou\u2019ve seen me use this once before.<br \/>\nIt is so good.<br \/>\nAlright, so the first thing I want to do is sweeten these up a bit.<br \/>\nAnd they\u2019re kind of, you know, fresh strawberries are sweet in themselves, but they\u2019re a little tart.<br \/>\nSo we\u2019re going to use our sugar here and give it a good coating.<br \/>\nThis is going to help release some of the juices in there and make it flavorful.<br \/>\nYou\u2019ve probably done this a million times.<br \/>\nI know I have.<br \/>\nOkay, we\u2019re going to let that set for a few minutes while we get the rest prepped.<br \/>\nSo let\u2019s get our dip going.<br \/>\nAnd that\u2019s just a matter of 2 to 3 eggs, depending on how much you\u2019re making.<br \/>\nI\u2019m only going to make a few but I\u2019m using 3 eggs.<br \/>\nSo I add my 1\/2 and 1\/2 to this.<br \/>\nAnd that\u2019s going to be about a 1\/4 cup.<br \/>\nThat should be good.<br \/>\nI add my cinnamon.<br \/>\nDon\u2019t be too shy on that.<br \/>\nAnd then I want to add my vanilla extract.<br \/>\nAnd that\u2019s going to be your choice, that\u2019s probably just about a teaspoon there.<br \/>\nYou could go a little heavier or little less.<br \/>\nBut I think that will work out just perfect.<br \/>\nAnd we\u2019ll get this gently mixed together.<br \/>\nNow, once you have this mixed up and blended well set that aside and start prepping our French toast.<br \/>\nNow, no need to get scientific on this, I like to take my cream cheese and spread a thin layer on one side, and a thin layer on the opposite side.<br \/>\nThis is going to be the glue that holds it together.<br \/>\nAnd then we\u2019re going to take our strawberries, and just gracefully and artistically as possible\u2026 not\u2026 we will be placing these on here.<br \/>\nAt some point you want to double your layer a little bit, like so.<br \/>\nIf you like meat and love strawberries you could put a little more glue on the top to try to hold this together.<br \/>\nOkay, so now we just want to take the top and flop it on the bottom.<br \/>\nThere\u2019s one.<br \/>\nSo now what we want to do with all the grace and style we possibly can put together is to dip these and get it on our grill.<br \/>\nSo we\u2019re going to soak this for just a little bit.<br \/>\nAnd then very ever so carefully we want to give this a flip without losing it all.<br \/>\nJust like that.<br \/>\nOkay.<br \/>\nSo if your Island Grillstone is well seasoned you can pretty much just go on there, I like to take a paper towel and wipe mine off a little bit because this one I\u2019ve been using for two and half years now and it is very well-seasoned, almost nothing sticks to it.<br \/>\nAnd then we want to take our French toast, place it right on the Grillstone.<br \/>\nSo my grill temp was about 350 degrees and that\u2019s we\u2019re going to cook this at.<br \/>\nWe\u2019re going to cook it on each side for just a couple of minutes, and then we\u2019re going to flip it over and toast the other side.<br \/>\nOkay, so this one is ready to flip.<br \/>\nLook at that.<br \/>\nThat is beautiful.<br \/>\nAnd I think this will probably not too far off.<br \/>\nAlright.<br \/>\nWell, look at those.<br \/>\nThose look beautiful.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s time to plate that up.<br \/>\nOkay.<br \/>\nOh, no.<br \/>\nToast\u2026 my plate\u2019s not even big enough.<br \/>\nLook at that.<br \/>\nSome maple
