Prepare the grill.<br \/>\n2. On a flat surface, combine the <a id=\"itxthook1\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ifood.tv\/recipe\/burgeritos-super-bowl-sunday#\" rel=\"nofollow\">hamburger<\/a> meat with onions and mix lightly using your hands.<br \/>\n3. Divide the mixture in to two equal halves and form elongated patties with each half as shown in the video.<br \/>\n4. Sprinkle each hamburger patty generously with brazos legend steak seasoning on both sides.5. Place the hamburgers on the grill and allow to cook.<\/div>\n<div>5. Using a wide spatula, carefully flip them over and allow to cook on the other side.<br \/>\n6. Place the Green chili on the grill as well and allow to roast lightly. Everything Outdoors show we\u2019re making burgeritos for Super Bowl Sunday.<br \/>\nGary House with the outdoor cook Cooking Everything Outdoors show, I hope you try this at home.<br \/>\nSo what are burgeritos?<br \/>\nWell, it\u2019s a hamburger wrapped in a tortilla, hence the word burgeritos comes from.<br \/>\nActually, I thought it was an original word that I made up, that I was pretty clever, and I did a little research in.<br \/>\nGuess what?<br \/>\nIt\u2019s actually a restaurant.<br \/>\nSo restaurant you recognize\u2026 burgerito restaurant wherever you are, this is all yours, baby.<br \/>\nI\u2019m not stealing it.<br \/>\nI just kind of talk this with you.<br \/>\nActually, I didn\u2019t have hamburger buns and I really didn\u2019t want to go to the store.<br \/>\nSo I went to my all-time favorite food, the tortilla.<br \/>\nSo I\u2019m going to be making my Super Bowl burgerito on the Camp Chef Big Gas Grill group box.<br \/>\nAnd this is perfect for tailgating and being out there at the game, not that a lot of us are going to be able to make this Super Bowl game, but if you\u2019re happen to be lucky enough to do that, man, this is to brig to go with.<br \/>\nBut I\u2019m going to make it just in my backyard.<br \/>\nI\u2019m going to have this for Super Bowl.<br \/>\nAnd it\u2019s going to be great.<br \/>\nSo that\u2019s what I\u2019m using.<br \/>\nOther than that, you\u2019re going to need just a couple of things.<br \/>\nI highly recommend a spatula that has a long plate on it.<br \/>\nSo we\u2019re making our burritos in actually an elongated rectangle.<br \/>\nSo this is great for flipping that.<br \/>\nThe other thing you\u2019re going to need is some super-sized tortillas.<br \/>\nThese are what I like to use and you can stuff a ton of food in this.<br \/>\nOkay, so this is kind of just basic hamburger fair that I\u2019m making.<br \/>\nThis is what I love in my hamburger.<br \/>\nIf I\u2019m going to make one for any day of the week, this is pretty much what I\u2019m going to go for.<br \/>\nSo what I have here is just some ground chuck.<br \/>\nThis is actually about a 15\/85.<br \/>\nI know a lot of you like to go with the 20\/80, but I just think that\u2019s just too greasy though.<br \/>\nThat fat is world of juices.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s your call, go with what you want.<br \/>\nThis isn\u2019t a documentary on hamburger making.<br \/>\nSo inside my burger I love to put minced onion in there.<br \/>\nAnd then on the outside I\u2019m going to be seasoning it up with some brasero steak rub.<br \/>\nAnd I like this on the outside.<br \/>\nIt actually helps give it a little bit of bark.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s got some really, really good flavor.<br \/>\nAnd I\u2019m going to top it off with some green chilly.<br \/>\nI\u2019m going to roast this just a little bit.<br \/>\nI\u2019ve got some really delicious pepper bacon that I\u2019ve already cooked up.<br \/>\nSome cheddar cheese.<br \/>\nAnd some red leaf lettuce.<br \/>\nAnd that\u2019s my idea of a burger.<br \/>\nThat\u2019s what I like to go to.<br \/>\nAlright, so let\u2019s take\u2026 I have just little under a pound of hamburger here.<br \/>\nAnd then I have my green onion.<br \/>\nAnd I like a lot green onion\u2026 I am stuck on green onion today.<br \/>\nAlright, somebody count and see how many times that happens.<br \/>\nSo I like to mix mine up.<br \/>\nI like a lot of onion.<br \/>\nThis is just a basic yellow onion in there.<br \/>\nDon\u2019t overwork your hamburger.<br \/>\nAnd I have talked about this in other videos.<br \/>\nJust work it fairly gentle.<br \/>\nI\u2019m going to break it in half.<br \/>\nThese are going to be almost 1\/2 pound burgers.<br \/>\nSo what you want to do?<br \/>\nYou\u2019ve got to think of a burger that is shaped like so.<br \/>\nAs thick as you want it to be, but get some length on it.<br \/>\nWe\u2019re going to pile this stuff on this burger in that burrito.<br \/>\nYou know, so I didn\u2019t put any seasoning inside of the burger.<br \/>\nI don\u2019t do that.<br \/>\nBut I will apply a nice coating of my brasero, so there\u2019s that.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s flip this one over.<br \/>\nGive this a good coating also.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s get these burgers on.<br \/>\nSee that spatula is just perfect for this.<br \/>\nAnd I would even say these are too wide, but that\u2019s okay.<br \/>\nWe\u2019re going to roll with this.<br \/>\nSo these look like they\u2019re read to flip.<br \/>\nNice.<br \/>\nNice.<br \/>\nSo one of the things I wanted to do is take my chilly and get that toasted up a little bit.<br \/>\nAnd this is just so I don\u2019t have cold chilly in my burgerito.<br \/>\nIf you\u2019re adding cheese to yours, that\u2019d be a good time to put your cheese on.<br \/>\nOkay, chillies are heated up.<br \/>\nAnd a few grill marks on there, not that we\u2019re looking for that.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s get that right on top of that burger.<br \/>\nOops.<br \/>\nHere we go.<br \/>\nOkay, I think that is where we want it to be.<br \/>\nAnd will this one come off?<br \/>\nI\u2019m thinking I\u2019m probably around medium, maybe just a little over on that.<br \/>\nAnd we\u2019re going to let that rest and yes, you let your hamburgers rest.<br \/>\nNow, all I do is I place it right on the grill.<br \/>\nLet that warm up.<br \/>\nAnd this\u2026 really, probably less than a minute to do this.<br \/>\nBeautiful.<br \/>\nThat\u2019s it.<br \/>\nThat\u2019s what we want to do.<br \/>\nOkay, let\u2019s build this bad boy.<br \/>\nNow, don\u2019t overcook it to where you can\u2019t fold this up and roll it up.<br \/>\nAnd you want to take your hamburger that\u2019s been resting for a little while.<br \/>\nAnd we\u2019re going to place it almost in the middle.<br \/>\nGet your bacon on there.<br \/>\nGet your lettuce on there if you like.<br \/>\nAnd then take your favorite flavor and just spread it around.<br \/>\nI like yellow mustard, nice and simple and basic.<br \/>\nNow, you\u2019re going to fold the bottom up.<br \/>\nWrap these around.<br \/>\nThat is a burgerito.<br \/>\nOkay, we\u2019re going to wash our burgerito with a Kona Brewing Company Big Wave.<br \/>\nThis is the golden ale.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s see how we did.<br \/>\nThis is nirvana.<br \/>\nThis is incredibly good.<br \/>\nYeah, it\u2019s good.<br
