\/>\n1 can cream of celery soup<br \/>\n1 lb asparagus<br \/>\n1 c milk<br \/>\n1 c bread crumbs<br \/>\n6 mushrooms, sliced<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp dried sage<br \/>\n1 tsp dried thyme<br \/>\n1 tsp sea salt<br \/>\n1 tsp coarse ground black pepper<br \/>\n4 green onions, chopped<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>Video Transcript:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Presenter:<\/strong><br \/>\nHey, everyone, today I got another great skillet recipe for the grill on the Cooking Opening Outdoors show.<br \/>\nGary House with the outdoor cook Cooking Everything Outdoors show, I hope you try this at home.<br \/>\nSo the main thing is, is that you\u2019re going to need a 12 inch cast iron skillet for this recipe.<br \/>\nServes about 4 people.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s go over the ingredients, pretty simple.<br \/>\nStart out with 2 large chicken breasts which I have cubed up.<br \/>\nWe\u2019ll also need 1 can of cream of celery soup.<br \/>\nAbout a pound of asparagus.<br \/>\nNow these are the thin tender ones.<br \/>\nI cut the rough end off of it and then I cut them in half again.<br \/>\n1 cup of milk.<br \/>\n1 cup of breadcrumbs.<br \/>\nAbout 6 mushrooms, this is sliced up about a 1\/4 inch thick.<br \/>\nThis here is lemon pepper seasoning.<br \/>\nNow, this is basically lemon pepper with some salt and a few other things added to it.<br \/>\nIf you don\u2019t have that just use lemon pepper and add some salt to it, make your own little batch.<br \/>\nThis is the 1.5 teaspoons.<br \/>\nAnd then I have 1\/2 a teaspoon of the sage.<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of thyme.<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of salt.<br \/>\nAnd a teaspoon of black pepper.<br \/>\nAnd about 4 chopped onions.<br \/>\nThese are the green onions, you know, cut the root off, cut the tip off, included the greens and the whites.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s going to add some robust flavor to it.<br \/>\nNow to prep things we need to add our lemon pepper seasoning to our chicken.<br \/>\nAnd get that all coated nicely.<br \/>\nAnd then we need to mix our breadcrumb mixture up.<br \/>\nAnd this is just the breadcrumbs, the salt, pepper, thyme and sage.<br \/>\nYou know, I like to give the herbs here a little bit of crumble and a crunch before I mix that all up.<br \/>\nOnce I\u2019ve done that to release some of the aromatics there we just need to mix it up without getting it all in the tablecloth.<br \/>\nOkay, so now I\u2019m going to take my 12 inch skillet.<br \/>\nAnd I\u2019m going to put it on my grate.<br \/>\nNow, you\u2019ll see how I have the setup and basically, it\u2019s like as if I\u2019m cooking a pizza.<br \/>\nI have a pizza ring of charcoal.<br \/>\nBut I also put about 6 coals right in the center.<br \/>\nSo get your skillet on there.<br \/>\nOnce you get your coals ready, give it a cover and we\u2019re going to preheat this and get it nice and hot.<br \/>\nNow I\u2019ve preheated my grill.<br \/>\nI put a little bit of extra virgin olive oil in there just to make sure my chicken doesn\u2019t stick.<br \/>\nThere we go.<br \/>\nReally all I want to do is just brown up the outside of this.<br \/>\nI don\u2019t want to cook it all the way through.<br \/>\nNow that our chicken is browned up a little bit, it\u2019s time to start adding all the other ingredients.<br \/>\nSo wet or dry first entirely up to you, I like to add the wet ingredients first, which is going to be our cream of celery.<br \/>\nAnd I\u2019ll be adding the milk in.<br \/>\nWe can add our green onions.<br \/>\nOur mushrooms.<br \/>\nAnd our asparagus.<br \/>\nGet all that blended up.<br \/>\nSo the final thing to do is to add our breadcrumbs.<br \/>\nI\u2019m just going to put a light layer over the top of this.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s not a huge coating but it just adds an interesting crunch.<br \/>\nYou could probably top this off with some butter also.<br \/>\nBut I find it this works just fine for me.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s going to absorb some of those flavors.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s going to all bake in.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s going to get nice toasty on the top.<br \/>\nI\u2019m going to be careful and keep an eye on this so we don\u2019t burn it.<br \/>\nAnd then we\u2019re just going to cover this lid up, cover this grill up with our lid and bake it.<br \/>\nNow, I\u2019m going to say it\u2019s going to take about 15 or 20 minutes to get that chicken up to temp and that asparagus to soften up a little bit.<br \/>\nSo it\u2019s been about 15 minutes.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s take a look and see how we did.<br \/>\nNice.<br \/>\nSmells so good.<br \/>\nPretty much where we want it to be and this smells so good.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s time serve it up.<br \/>\nI\u2019m going to just get a little bit of this on the plate.<br \/>\nWell, there you have it, my chicken asparagus skillet.<br \/>\nOkay, okay, we\u2019re going to try a little bit.<br \/>\nBoy, that lemon pepper just comes through so nicely and it\u2019s blended with the onion, got a little hint of the mushroom in there and the asparagus, of course, is really nice as a flavor.<br \/>\nWow, the mushroom is just so good.<br \/>\nAnyway,
