YouTube channel.<br \/>\nAnd I watch the Cooking Everything Outdoors show with Gary House.<br \/>\n<strong>Presenter:<\/strong><br \/>\nHey, everyone, today in the Cooking Everything Outdoors show we\u2019re cooking up a pork tenderloin with roasted red potatoes, fresh herbs in a cast iron skillet and it is delicious.<br \/>\nGary House with the outdoor cook Cooking Everything Outdoors show, I hope you try this at home.<br \/>\nSo, first things first, let\u2019s go over the ingredients.<br \/>\nSo our main ingredients for the pork loin roast, is I have a pork tenderloin here.<br \/>\nI don\u2019t know this might be 2 pounds.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s probably 1.5 pound, somewhere in that range.<br \/>\nI have 5 red potatoes which I\u2019ve sliced about 8th to 1\/4 of an inch.<br \/>\nMost of them are closer to the 1\/4 inch size.<br \/>\nI have one yellow onion that I\u2019ve made half rings with.<br \/>\nAbout 10 of the small sweet bell peppers, and these I\u2019ve just sliced up as so.<br \/>\nCouple sprigs of thyme, rosemary, and sage.<br \/>\nAnd so when this is minced up, it\u2019s going to be about 2 tablespoons.<br \/>\nThat\u2019s what I\u2019m looking for there.<br \/>\nNow, for the potatoes I will also need a 1\/2 a teaspoon coarse ground black pepper.<br \/>\nAnd a 1\/2 a teaspoon of coarse salt.<br \/>\n3 cloves of garlic, minced.<br \/>\nAnd about 1\/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil.<br \/>\nFor the pork loin tender, I will also need 2 cloves of garlic.<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon of coarse ground black pepper and coarse ground salt.<br \/>\nAnd about a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.<br \/>\nSo let\u2019s prep our herbs.<br \/>\nGet those nice and minced up.<br \/>\nSo, on our sage we just want the leaves.<br \/>\nMake sure these are fresh.<br \/>\nYou certainly could use dry.<br \/>\nBut I like using the fresh herbs in this recipe because it\u2019s a fairly quick cook.<br \/>\nAnd fresh herbs work perfectly in quick cooks.<br \/>\nIf there\u2019s longer stew or seaming process, then we would not want to use fresh rosemary, thyme or sage.<br \/>\nSo basically, I\u2019m just peeling herbs against the green.<br \/>\nAnd do the same thing on the thyme.<br \/>\nSlide your fingers along it.<br \/>\nSo this should give us roughly 2 tablespoons.<br \/>\nGet in there and get those sage leaves chopped up a little bit first.<br \/>\nSo what we have here is approximately 2 tablespoons of fresh herbs.<br \/>\n1\/2 a tablespoon roughly is going to our potatoes and then the rest is going to go to our pork tenderloin.<br \/>\nPreparing the roasted red potatoes is super easy.<br \/>\nWe\u2019re just going to take all the prepared ingredients, dump them in a pot and mix them up.<br \/>\nAnd actually, it\u2019s not a pot, it\u2019s a bowl.<br \/>\nSo, first thing, we\u2019ll add our potatoes.<br \/>\nAnd our peppers, really colorful and pretty.<br \/>\nOur onions.<br \/>\nWe want our salt and pepper in there.<br \/>\nOur garlic.<br \/>\nOur fresh herbs.<br \/>\nAnd we\u2019re looking at about a 1\/4 cup of olive oil in there to get these all blended up.<br \/>\nAnd what\u2019s the best way to blend them up?<br \/>\nYou got to get your hands in there.<br \/>\nWe\u2019re just going to get all those flavors blended together and married up.<br \/>\nAnd once you think that everything is fairly well coated, set it aside and we\u2019ll work on our pork tenderloin.<br \/>\nSo to prepare our pork tenderloin, what I want to do is I want to brown up the money shot.<br \/>\nAnd what I mean by the money shot is basically the surface the pork loin that I\u2019m going to present.<br \/>\nSo we just want to add a couple tablespoons of that olive oil in there.<br \/>\nAnd then we want to put our pork tenderloin in there.<br \/>\nI just want to get that browned up for a few minutes.<br \/>\nOnce it\u2019s brown and really, it\u2019s only just a couple of minutes, I want to pull this bad boy off.<br \/>\nNow we\u2019re going to mix up our wet rub.<br \/>\nAnd I\u2019m going to pull the skillet off the heat because I don\u2019t want to really burn that oil and that flavoring that I have in there.<br \/>\nSo I want to set this aside.<br \/>\nFor our wet rub, we want to add our fresh herbs.<br \/>\nOur garlic.<br \/>\nOur salt and pepper.<br \/>\nAnd our olive oil.<br \/>\nAnd I\u2019m going to probably go maybe with a tablespoon of olive oil.<br \/>\nAnd I\u2019m just going to get in there and I\u2019m going to mix that up.<br \/>\nI just want to make sort of a wet paste with it, get it blended really well.<br \/>\nAnd then we\u2019re going to take are paste and we\u2019re going to liberally apply it over the top of this as much possible as stick.<br \/>\nNow, let\u2019s put our dish together.<br \/>\nI\u2019m going to add the pork loin, and the red potatoes mixture into this cast iron skillet, and we\u2019re going to bake it.<br \/>\nAlright, into our still hot skillet we\u2019re going to place our pork roast, pork loin.<br \/>\nAnd I want to add my potato mixture in there right on the sides.<br \/>\nAnd we\u2019re just going to fill this area up just like that.<br \/>\nSo I\u2019m going to bake my skillet dish for about 30 minutes until the pork tenderloin reaches about 145 internal temperatures.<br \/>\nThe potatoes might not quite be finished yet, but that\u2019s okay.<br \/>\nSo I\u2019m going to bake it.<br \/>\nAnd how am I going to bake it?<br \/>\nI\u2019m going to be using the Camp Chef pizza oven to bake this.<br \/>\nSo our pizza oven has an internal temperature of about 450 degrees right now which is a little hotter than I needed.<br \/>\nI\u2019m going to put the skillet in there and as this skillet is coming to temp I\u2019m going to the turn pizza oven temp down.<br \/>\nThis skillet is going to go in there like it\u2019s nobody\u2019s business.<br \/>\nTurn my burners on my Camp Chef big gas grill down.<br \/>\nAnd I\u2019m going to monitor the temperature because what I\u2019m looking for is an internal baking temperature of about 375 degrees in there.<br \/>\nThe pork loin is at 145-150 depending on where I\u2019m shooting a probing at it.<br \/>\nNow, the potatoes aren\u2019t quite done yet.<br \/>\nAnd that\u2019s our part of the magic of this because what I\u2019m going to do is I\u2019m going to pull my pork loin roast out and I am going to let it rest.<br \/>\nNow, there\u2019s a lot of good juicing flavor in there.<br \/>\nSo I\u2019m going to give this a good mix.<br \/>\nPut this back in the Camp Chef pizza oven to finish baking for probably about another 15 minutes.<br \/>\nI\u2019m going to put a foil temp over my pork loin so that doesn\u2019t get cold on me and I think we\u2019re going to serve.<br \/>\nSo we\u2019ve had another 15 minutes go by.<br \/>\nAnd just take a look at these potatoes.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s softened up.<br \/>\nThe onions have caramelized beautifully, nice and tender, ready to go.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s get our pork loin back in there and we\u2019ll serve this up.<br \/>\nHere we go.<br \/>\nThat is one delicious sizzling pan of goodness.<br \/>\nAnd what I want to do is get my pork tenderloin back on there.<br \/>\nAnd that, my friends, is ready to serve.<br \/>\nI hope you like this.<br \/>\nI\u2019m going to cut this in half, put it on a plate, take
