Outdoor Gourmet now produces six flavors of grilling planks, as well as cedar wraps and skewers. When European settlers arrived, they liked scrumptious cedar grilled salmon too, so they adopted the practice of grilling on cedar shingles. Today, we draw inspiration for the shape of our modern grilling planks from 19<sup>th<\/sup> century cedar shingles.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Manufacturer and Wholesaler<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">We are a small family-owned and operated manufacturer and wholesaler. We offer our most popular sized grilling planks as bulk seconds at a deeply discounted price. All of our material is sourced, and our products are 100% made in the USA. All phases of manufacturing take place at our Sandpoint, ID facility. We use only food-grade lubricants in all of our machinery to ensure the highest standards of food safety.
