Florentine Casserole<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n3 &#8211; 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast<br \/>\n1\/4 c unsalted butter<br \/>\n4 oz mushrooms, sliced<br \/>\n1 can cream of mushroom soup<br \/>\n1 tbs lemon juice<br \/>\n1\/2 c grated Parmesan cheese<br \/>\n2\/3 cup bacon bits<br \/>\n1 tbs Italian seasoning<br \/>\n1 &#8211; 2 cup Mozzarella cheese<br \/>\n3 tsp minced garlic<br \/>\n4 c fresh spinach<br \/>\n1\/2 c half & half<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Blackberry Plum Crumble<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 1\/2 c all-purpose flour<br \/>\n3 plums<br \/>\n6 oz Blackberries<br \/>\n3 tbs sugar<br \/>\n4 oz unsalted butter<br \/>\n2 tbs raw sugar<br \/>\n1 tbs cinnamon<br \/>\n3\/4 cup orange juice<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Recipes adapted from Allrecipes.com & Wood-Fired oven cookbook&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Video Transcript:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Presenter:<br \/>\nHey, everyone, today I\u2019m going to show you that the KettlePizza accessory is not just for pizzas on the Cooking Everything Outdoors show.<br \/>\nGary House with the outdoor cook Cooking Everything Outdoors show, I hope you try this at home.<br \/>\nSo the first thing I want to start with is my chicken Florentine casserole.<br \/>\nThis is just an adoption that it works really, really great in a skillet.<br \/>\nSo I am using a 12 inch cast iron skillet.<br \/>\nAnd the first thing I need to do is get my chicken going.<br \/>\nNow, even before I\u2019m going to go over the recipe with you I\u2019m going to tell you the basis that it\u2019s 3 pieces or 4 pieces of skinless boneless chicken breast.<br \/>\nThat\u2019s what I have right here.<br \/>\nAnd what I want to do is give this just a sprinkle of salt and pepper.<br \/>\nOn one side I\u2019m going to coat my pan and then presentation side up on my chicken.<br \/>\nIf you have smaller chicken breast than this, then by all means squeeze for in there, that\u2019s fine.<br \/>\nAnd some more salt.<br \/>\nNow the reason I\u2019m doing it this way and jumping right into this process is because this is going to be somewhat of a lengthy cook.<br \/>\nAnd that what I\u2019m going to do is precook my chicken first.<br \/>\nAnd then I\u2019m going to put my blackberry plum crumble and cook that.<br \/>\nAnd then I\u2019m going to come back and I\u2019m going to cook my Florentine and finish it off.<br \/>\nSo that\u2019s why I\u2019m doing this.<br \/>\nNow, my pizza kettle is really hot right now.<br \/>\nI\u2019ve taken out the baking stone because I just need a little bit more clearance and I\u2019m putting this right on the grate.<br \/>\nMy coals are banked to the sides and to the rear.<br \/>\nSo I\u2019ve got this great convection oven going right now.<br \/>\nI\u2019m at about 525 degrees.<br \/>\nAnd that\u2019s a little hot but that\u2019s going to cool down as this cooks.<br \/>\nAnd I want to basically cook this till it\u2019s just about done.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s get this in the kettle and start cooking.<br \/>\nSo our chicken is cooking away.<br \/>\nSmells incredible.<br \/>\nTemp, as I said, it\u2019s kind of creeping back down to where should be.<br \/>\nWe\u2019re looking at about 375-425 in that range to cook our chicken.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s get started on our blackberry plum crumble.<br \/>\nThis is going to be absolutely delicious.<br \/>\nSo ingredient wise I have about 1 and 1\/2 cups of flour.<br \/>\nI have here 3 plums that I\u2019ve cut in 1\/2.<br \/>\nThese are red plums.<br \/>\nAbout 6 ounces of fresh blackberries, these are just monster blackberries.<br \/>\nThey are beautiful.<br \/>\n3 tablespoons of regular plain refined sugar.<br \/>\n4 ounces of butter, unsalted.<br \/>\nAnd right here I have a tablespoon of raw sugar.<br \/>\nActually, 2 tablespoons, excuse me, 2 tablespoons.<br \/>\nAnd a tablespoon of cinnamon.<br \/>\n3 quarter cup of orange juice.<br \/>\nThis is pop included, all-natural orange juice.<br \/>\nAnd then I\u2019m going to be using my 8 inch skillet.<br \/>\nSo I\u2019m going to use my small skillet.<br \/>\nI want to get a good coating of non-stick spray in there.<br \/>\nI\u2019m going to layer my plums like that.<br \/>\nAnd then my blackberries.<br \/>\nNow, on this I want to take my raw sugar and I\u2019m going to sprinkle that over the top.<br \/>\nPour my orange juice in.<br \/>\nNow let\u2019s make our crumble topping real quick.<br \/>\nWe\u2019re going to add our refined regular sugar.<br \/>\nOur cinnamon.<br \/>\nGive that a good mix.<br \/>\nAnd then our stick of softened butter.<br \/>\nAnd this is where we get to get in there and get messy because we got to crumble this all up with our fingers.<br \/>\nAnd we want it to look like kind of like a little sand pebbles, if you will, you know, large sand pebbles when we are done.<br \/>\nWe\u2019re just going to incorporate the flour into the butter.<br \/>\nJust keep working it in until we have it all blended into little sand pebbles.<br \/>\nAnd then what we want to do is take our mixture and sprinkle and layer our crumb topping all over it.<br \/>\nThat is ready to go into the KettlePizza oven.<br \/>\nSo now we want to pull our chicken out of the KettlePizza oven.<br \/>\nOh yeah.<br \/>\nNow I flipped it over halfway through to cook to get the browning and some color on there.<br \/>\nSee, that looks really, really nice.<br \/>\nSo while our temperature is still hot let\u2019s get our crumble in there.<br \/>\nAnd that should take about 35-45 minutes to cook.<br \/>\nSo for our chicken Florentine let\u2019s talk about the ingredients because we skipped that in the beginning.<br \/>\nNow you need 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.<br \/>\nA 1\/4 cup of butter, unsalted, I prefer.<br \/>\nThis is about 4 ounces of sliced mushrooms.<br \/>\nAnd I have 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.<br \/>\nA tablespoon of lemon juice.<br \/>\nA 1\/2 a cup of grated parmesan cheese.<br \/>\nAbout 2\/3 of a cup of bacon bits and this is just 3 slices of bacon that I cooked up and sliced up.<br \/>\nAnd then I have here a tablespoon of Italian seasoning.<br \/>\nNow this is mozzarella and it\u2019s about 1 cup.<br \/>\nYou could use up to 2 cups just depending on how much\u2026not monzarella, I get called on that all the time\u2026mozzarella.<br \/>\nAnd it just depends on how much cheese you want in your recipe.<br \/>\nSo, up to 2 cups will be just fine.<br \/>\nAnd we have 3 teaspoons of minced garlic.<br \/>\nSo this is probably about 4 cups of fresh spinach and we\u2019re going to use that.<br \/>\nI forgot one ingredient.<br \/>\nHalf & half, we need a 1\/2 a cup of half & half.<br \/>\nNow let\u2019s take our chicken out of our pan or skillet.<br \/>\nAnd we are going to incorporate all those wonderful dish juices down in there.<br \/>\nAnd what I want to do is I want to add my butter.<br \/>\nSo, all that richness is just going to be decadent in there.<br \/>\nAnd once that\u2019s melted we will start adding our other ingredients.<br \/>\nOkay, so our butter is melted in there with all that chicken fat and just some incredible flavors now.<br \/>\nSo I want to add my garlic.<br \/>\nMy parmesan cheese.<br \/>\nCream of mushroom soup.<br \/>\nJust keep incorporating this in there.<br \/>\nThe hotter your skillet, the better.<br \/>\nAnd finally, our half & half.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s going to make a nice sauce.<br \/>\nItalian seasoning goes in.<br \/>\nOkay, now that I have this all blended up I want to remove half the sauce from my pan.<br \/>\nNow I want to add my spinach.<br \/>\nI want to mix this about just a little bit as best I possibly can.<br \/>\nSomething like that.<br \/>\nI\u2019m just going to spread those out.<br \/>\nWe\u2019re making a bed here.<br \/>\nNow, I want to add my chicken breasts.<br \/>\nAnd my bacon bits.<br \/>\nMy sauce.<br \/>\nAnd then now we want to apply our cheese.<br \/>\nI am going for a lighter cheese presentation.<br \/>\nAnd that\u2019s it.<br \/>\nThat is ready to go back in the pizza oven.<br \/>\nAnd we\u2019re just going to cook it for, maybe, another 20 minutes or so to incorporate all the flavors wilt down them, spinach, cooked mushrooms a bit, get all those flavors incorporated and we\u2019re ready.<br \/>\nSo our blackberry plum crumble is done.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s bubbling and oozing up through there.<br \/>\nThe crust is browned up really, really nice.<br \/>\nThat\u2019s ready to rock and roll.<br \/>\nSo now I want to get my chicken dish in there.<br \/>\nStart cooking that.<br \/>\nThat\u2019s going to take about 20 minutes to get that cheese melted and the spinach wilted and all blended together.<br \/>\nOur chicken Florentine is done.<br \/>\nOh my Gosh.<br \/>\nLook at that.<br \/>\nThat is one bubbling, oozeling pile of goodness right there.<br \/>\nSo we made our blackberry plum crumble and our chicken Florentine casserole.<br \/>\nAnd I got to tell you, I wish you were here because this smells absolutely phenomenal.<br \/>\nTwo super easy recipes, perfect for the KettlePizza accessory.<br \/>\nI hope you guys
