I tried my gardening skills with Tomatillos this year and with limited results, I did produce Tomatillos, but they were all rather small though they grew in very abundant quantities. My stroll through the garden produced some Jalapenos, a Yellow Bell Pepper along with some small Tomatillos I picked, along with of this was added an onion, lime garlic and parsley I had in the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>Time to make some Tomatillo Salsa! Just perfect for the Spicy Southwest Grilled Pork Burger I had in mind for the Island Grillstone.<\/p>\n<h2>Tomatillo Salsa Recipe<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22480\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cooking-outdoors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Tomatillo-salsa.jpg\" alt=\"Tomatillo salsa | Cooking-Outdoors.com | Gary House\" gets!<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Tomatillos Salsa Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>6 &#8211; 8 medium Tomatillos<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1 &#8211; 2 jalapenos, seeded<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1 medium onion<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1 yellow bell pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>4 cloves of garlic<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2 limes<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1 small hand full flat leaf parsley<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>salt and pepper to taste<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Peel the husks from the Tomatillos, dice the Tomatillos and place in bowl large enough to hold all your ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Dice jalapenos, onion, bell pepper and garlic.<\/p>\n<p>Chop parsley.<\/p>\n<p>Juice limes.<\/p>\n<p>Mix everything together, taste, season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Set aside to let flavors blend together at room temperature while preparing the <em>Spicy Southwest Grilled Pork Burgers.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Spicy Southwest Grilled Pork Burgers Recipe<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter flakes, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes to make your Spicy Southwest Grilled Pork Burgers.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Spicy Southwest Grilled Pork Burger Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>1 lb ground pork<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2 tbs onion flakes<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1 tsp ground cumin<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2 tbs chili powder<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1\/2 tsp garlic powder<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1\/4 tsp red pepper flakes<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1\/2 tsp salt<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1\/2 tsp fresh ground rainbow pepper<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Gently mix the above
