{"id":22218,"date":"2015-08-15T16:48:00","date_gmt":"2015-08-15T23:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cooking-outdoors.com\/?p=22218"},"modified":"2015-10-05T08:05:33","modified_gmt":"2015-10-05T15:05:33","slug":"loaded-idaho-potato-chicken-casserole-dutch-oven-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cooking-outdoors.com\/loaded-idaho-potato-chicken-casserole-dutch-oven-recipe\/","title":{"rendered":"Loaded Idaho Potato Chicken Casserole Dutch oven Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dutch oven comfort food at it's best!<\/p>\n<p>Idaho potatoes baked to perfection in a bit of bacon grease, chicken seasoned and cooked with green onion, red Anaheim pepper and a few extra chili flakes for good measure all topped off with gooey melt cheddar cheese.<\/p>\n<p>This recipe is easy to prepare and is worth the wait.<\/p>\n<p>You could take this and additional step and add in some broccoli to make it a one pot meal.<\/p>\n<p>I used my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorcooking.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">12&#8243; Camp Chef Dutch oven<\/a> to make this Loaded Idaho Potato Chicken Casserole Dutch oven Recipe, it will easily fit into a 10&#8243; Dutch oven as well.
