Salmon en croute is a popular recipe. P\u00e2t\u00e9 and brie cheese are also frequently prepared en croute.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTraditionally, the type of pastry used for making P\u00e2t\u00e9 en Croute is<\/p>\n<p>a simple straight pastry dough called p\u00e2te \u00e0 p\u00e2t\u00e9, or p\u00e2t\u00e9 pastry.
