Grilled to perfection, topped with a wonderful new marinade that I created and that is the bad news &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I lost my notes for the marinade! @#$%^&* I am not a happy camper or cook for that matter, I broke a cardinal rule as a cook &#8211; never loose your notes!!! @#$^&%# arggg&#8230;. grrrrr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Well actually the rules is &#8220;Always take really good notes&#8221; and my new rule is &#8220;Never ever loose your notes &#8211; ever again Gary&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So for this time and I hope only this time there will be no recipe to share with you &#8230; sorry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For those of you who have not seen the videos, here they are. Fresh or frozen Blackberries<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1\/2 c All Spice Cafe Chipotle Garlic Sauce<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3\/4 c Honey<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 cup Chardonnay wine<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 tbsp Kosher Salt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1\/4 tsp minced garlic<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 tbsp sugar<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Preparation<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Place approximately 2\/3 of the Blackberries, 1\/2 Chardonnay wine\u00a0in a pan over high heat and bring to a boil. Mash Blackberries to a puree and remove from heat when done. Strain out the seeds, add honey, vinegar, salt, chipotle garlic sauce and rest of wine. Mix well and let cool in refrigerator.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour 3\/4 of the sauce over a trimmed Tri-Tip roast (use a plastic zip-lock bag for this) marinate in the refrigerator for up to twenty four hours. Add the remaining Blackberries, to the leftover sauce add 1 tbsp sugar to mixture and refrigerate.
