Bowl #1 mix eggs and bowl #2 mix coating ingredients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preheat your grill and griddle to 425 \u00b0 F. Take onion rings out of water, shake off excess moisture (or pat dry), place in flour bag and shake to coat. Remove from bag and dip in egg mixture to coat. Now dip in coating mix to cover completely. Spray griddle liberally with canola oil and place onion rings on griddle till griddle is full.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spray tops of onion ring to coat \u2013 lightly, all top surfaces. Cook for approximately 10 minutes at 425 \u00b0 F. Flip onion rings and spray lightly again, cook for 10 more minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Things I learned after cooking:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Needed more salt \u2013 for my taste<\/li>\n<li>Corn meal was to coarse \u2013 changed recipe to fine ground corn meal<\/li>\n<li>Spray both sides of onion rings as you cook them \u2013 this is what turn them brown.<\/li>\n<li>Make lots!!
