the Cooking Everything Outdoors show.<br \/>\nSo what\u2019s a loaded baked potato?<br \/>\nAnd what does it have to do with the pizza?<br \/>\nWell, we\u2019re actually taking baked potatoes because we always bake too much, right?<br \/>\nAnd you think about the things that you like on a baked potato, some butter, some bacon, some cheese, maybe some chives or green onion, some of you love sour cream.<br \/>\nWell, what if we take those goodies and we put it on a pizza and then we cooked it in the grill dome?<br \/>\nThat\u2019s where we\u2019re going with this.<br \/>\nSo before I get started with the ingredients, I\u2019m going to show you how I have grill dome setup.<br \/>\nSo I have lump charcoal in here.<br \/>\nI have my vents open about halfway on the top and the bottom.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s still coming up to temperature.<br \/>\nWhat I have is my riser grate and then my pizza stone from grill dome in there and that\u2019s going to capitalize on all the heat that gets captured up inside the dome.<br \/>\nSo we\u2019re going to bring this up to about 500 degrees.<br \/>\nIt could go hotter than that, but they\u2019re saying that the stone is best to be done around 500.<br \/>\nSo we\u2019ll cook our pizza on that.<br \/>\nSo let\u2019s go over our ingredients for a loaded baked potato pizza.<br \/>\nNow, obviously, first, you\u2019re going to need pizza dough.<br \/>\nThis is still rising a little bit and when that\u2019s ready I am going to go ahead and roll it out.<br \/>\nI\u2019m looking for a thick crust pizza here.<br \/>\nYou can go with the thin crust if you want, it\u2019s your call.<br \/>\nI have two previously baked potatoes.<br \/>\nI have a red and a russet there, then I\u2019ve just cubed them up, about 4 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled, 2 green onions, some garlic salt, some black pepper, some melted butter, olive oil, cornmeal for the pizza peel and stone, and then some mozzarella cheese and some cheddar cheese.<br \/>\nThat\u2019s it.<br \/>\nNow what can you add to this, whatever you like in your baked potato.<br \/>\nYou can also include sour cream if you choose.<br \/>\nI\u2019m not going to.<br \/>\nSo that\u2019s just the way it is.<br \/>\nBut whatever you put in a baked potato, you can add it to this.<br \/>\nSo, to get started on this what I want to do is season up our potatoes a little bit.<br \/>\nThis is where I\u2019m going to add the melted butter.<br \/>\nThere\u2019s probably a couple of tablespoons of butter here.<br \/>\nI\u2019m going to add some garlic salt because that\u2019s what I like on my baked potatoes.<br \/>\nAnd I\u2019m going to add pepper.<br \/>\nAnd these are just pinches, which a pinch is about an 8th of a teaspoon, I believe, officially.<br \/>\nAnd we\u2019ll get this, nice and coated and seasoned up.<br \/>\nOkay.<br \/>\nSo, here\u2019s our pizza and always make sure that it\u2019s on your peel first.<br \/>\nYou\u2019ve seen me mess that up so many times and then I want to put some olive oil on this, right out to the edge.<br \/>\nNow, your choice but I am going to put my mozzarella down in a fairly thick layer.<br \/>\nI like the gooeyness in a pizza and I don\u2019t want to miss that.<br \/>\nAnd, as we\u2019re not using a sauce or olive oil and our cheese is going to be our pizza base.<br \/>\nOkay?<br \/>\nNow, let\u2019s add our potatoes on there, now our bacon, as much as you like, of course.<br \/>\nI will not be shy on the bacon.<br \/>\nI will not be shy on the bacon.<br \/>\nI will not be shy on the bacon.<br \/>\nOkay.<br \/>\nI want our green onions.<br \/>\nNow, you could put these on after the pizza\u2019s cooked, I\u2019m going to put mine on before.<br \/>\nAnd then our cheddar cheese goes over the top of all of that.<br \/>\nYou\u2019re with me here?<br \/>\nYou\u2019re having fun yet?<br \/>\nIs this looking good or what?<br \/>\nOkay, our pizza stone is ready to go.<br \/>\nI want to get some cornmeal on here so my pizza doesn\u2019t stick.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s get my pizza loosened up here.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s stiffened up on me.<br \/>\nThere were go.<br \/>\nAnd that is rocking and rolling.<br \/>\nOkay, let\u2019s close it up.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s cook this, yeah, may be 5 minutes.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s see how we did.<br \/>\nOh yes.<br \/>\nThat is looking quite nice.<br \/>\nLook at that.<br \/>\nLooks like I\u2019ve got a pretty good crust under their.<br \/>\nOkay, so let\u2019s get the formalities out of the way here because we just have to.<br \/>\nI\u2019m going to enjoy a beautiful logger with my pizza.<br \/>\nNothing better.<br \/>\nCrunchy.<br \/>\nThat\u2019s what I like to hear.<br \/>\nBeautiful.<br \/>\nWell, I\u2019m going to officially threw out there that the grill dome pizza was a success.<br \/>\nThis is still really hot.<br \/>\nWow.<br \/>\nI\u2019m really glad and my belly wants some, too.<br \/>\nTo have all those incredible baked potato flavors
