Loved it. That is what got me into cooking. But sadly, I grew up and forgot about the Dutch oven and never got one. This just makes me want to go buy one now. I usually BBQ my shoulders for hours, on rare occasion with extremely bad weather ill use slow cooker. But this makes me want to cook with it again. So thanks!
