Hey Dan,

Thank you very much for the compliment, very happy to have your support!

I don’t always put the full recipe (Ingredients & Instructions) in every post, just the ingredients mostly. Something I need to fix 🙂 Probably the best way to capture the verbiage from on of my posts, is to highlight it, copy and then paste into a text program. This should keep the photo’s and video out of it. Not a perfect solution but one that should hold you over for the short time. One last tip is to go to: http://www.ifood.tv/cooking-outdoors and get the info from there, they are about a week behind from the original release but they capture a ton of good info for you to use.

I have a Weber Genesis Gold and a Weber Performer. So I appreciate just about everything you have done since I can use either gas or charcoal. Is it possible to print out just the recipe shown in the video with the instructions alone. I would like to be able to print the Potato Crust Breakfast Pizza off the website by itself without the video screen showing as well as the other items shown on the computer screen. Maybe I am missing something on the page. Also, I live in Elk Grove and wondered if you come to the Sportsman’s Exposition at the fairgrounds in Sacramento at the beginning of the year. Thanks for your show.
