Can we submit more than one entry? something new that I made this year at home was Roasted Garlic and Carmelized Onion Cake… take a two heads of garlic and roast it in the oven… take two large onions and slowly carmelize in a skillet… combine the two in a food processer with a bunch of parmesean cheese, mayo and cilantro… spread thin layers onto burrito size flour tortillas (12 total)… cut into wedges and grill on its sides to make pretty grill marks and in doing so melting the cheese between each layer…

My go to this season has been Pork Bomb… i take the bacon and create a blanket weave then season with my BBQ rub then a layer of salami then press down a layer of italian sausage and again some BBQ rub then some left over pulled pork and more BBQ rub and just a bit of BBQ sauce… roll and smoke and then slice into burger size patties and enjoy with a hawaii sweet bread roll… made it at four tailgaters… GO DUCKS!!!
