The very best flavor possible from a burger is cooking over a wood fire. I use my Weber grill filled with wood chunks instead of charcoal. I let them burn down some and when they start turning into red coals I put the burgers on. The burgers absorb lots of smoke flavor and are absolutely delicious – always a big hit! Use Hickory or Oak wood Chunks.
